COFFEE COMMITMENTS

As outlined in the Spring 2019 OVAC Newsletter, for financial and ecological reasons, as of May 1, 2019, the Club will no longer be providing coffee, Styrofoam cups, creamer, sweeteners or stirrers. The Club will provide the coffee machine, coffee filters, and porcelain cups.

Ceramic Cups are provided for coffee and tea.
Please wash your cup after each use.

Lockers and keys have been assigned to each meeting. The 6 am, 12 pm (except the Monday meeting), and 5 pm meetings will be assigned only one locker to cover all their individual meetings.

Meeting may choose to forgo having a locker and bring in their supplies. Meetings, of course, may choose not to provide coffee. Tea service will continue based on the generosity of meeting attendees.

Each meeting secretary will be supplied with one key. Additional keys may be made by the meetings. The Club manager will also have a set of keys and can issue a replacement key at the cost of $5.00.

It is the responsibility of the coffee and/or clean up commitment to insure all their coffee supplies are stowed after each meeting and that all the pots cups are washed and place on/in the drying rack.
